David Noel is an artist and educator interested in the downstream effects of the Global War on Terror. His work has been exhibited (and prohibited) around the world, in warehouses, parks, and drive-in theatres. He is currently based in his hometown of Huntington, WV where he teaches new media at Marshall University.
